Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 6 May 2026
This policy supplements the AgentHub360 Service Agreement and forms part of it. By using the AgentHub platform, the Customer agrees that its Authorised Users will follow this policy.
The Browser Extension is for manual, agent-initiated property shortlisting from REA Group and Domain listing pages while the Authorised User is signed in to their own portal account in good standing.
The Extension must not be used for:
- bulk scraping or headless automation;
- republishing portal data outside the AgentHub platform;
- any use that breaches the terms of REA Group or Domain.
Outbound SMS, email and other communications sent via the platform must comply with:
- the Spam Act 2003 (Cth);
- the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth);
- the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.
The Customer must:
- maintain consent records (express or inferred) for each recipient;
- process opt-outs within 5 business days;
- only send content that is true, not misleading, and lawful.
AgentHub may immediately suspend any campaign that triggers significant carrier complaint rates, ACMA inquiries, or third-party blacklisting that affects the platform for other customers.
Test or sandbox accounts must not contain real Buyer personal information.
The Customer must not, and must ensure its Authorised Users do not:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or non-public APIs of the Service, except to the extent (and only to the extent) such activity is expressly permitted by section 47D of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) or other non-excludable law;
- copy, reproduce, modify, translate, or create derivative works from the Service, or use the Service to develop or train a competing product or service;
- circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other security controls;
- conduct unsolicited security testing or vulnerability scanning;
- upload or transmit malware, phishing content, or unlawful content;
- share login credentials, or use generic shared accounts for paid seats.
The Customer must promptly notify AgentHub at security@agenthub360.com.au of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to its account.
The Service must be used only for lawful Australian buyer's-agency business operations. It must not be used in any way that:
- breaches the Australian Consumer Law (including the misleading-or-deceptive-conduct provisions);
- breaches state real-estate legislation (including underquoting laws);
- breaches the rights of any third party (including intellectual property, privacy or confidentiality rights);
- is defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory.
AgentHub may suspend access to all or part of the Service in accordance with clause 12 of the Service Agreement if the Customer or its Authorised Users breach this policy. Material or repeated breach is grounds for termination under clause 20.
To report a breach of this policy or suspected misuse, contact abuse@agenthub360.com.au.
