Effective Date: 2026-05-08

Last Updated: 2026-05-08

Overview

AGENTHUB AU PTY LTD ("we," "our" or "us") operates the AgentHub360 real-estate management platform. This page explains how you can request the deletion of personal data we hold about you, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and Meta Platforms' data deletion requirements.

1. Data Collected via Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

AgentHub360 uses the Meta Pixel on selected marketing landing pages to measure the effectiveness of advertising delivered through Facebook and Instagram.

  • We do not use Facebook Login or pull personal profile data from Meta.
  • The Pixel records anonymised events (e.g. page view, lead, sign-up) tied to a Meta-issued browser identifier.
  • This identifier is held by Meta on your behalf, not by AgentHub360.

To remove Pixel-based ad data held by Meta directly, you can use the controls in your Facebook account settings or your Instagram Accounts Center.

2. How to Request Deletion of Your AgentHub360 Data

To request deletion of any personal data AgentHub360 holds about you — including data attributable to your interaction with our Meta advertising — please email our Privacy Officer with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The email address and/or phone number you used with AgentHub360
  • A short statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal data

  • We verify your identity to prevent unauthorised deletion of someone else's account.
  • We complete deletion within 30 days, in line with APP requirements.
  • You will receive written confirmation once deletion is complete.
4. What We Cannot Delete

Some data must be retained for legal, regulatory or legitimate-business reasons, including:

  • Records required under Australian tax, anti-money-laundering (AML/CTF) and consumer-protection laws.
  • Records required to defend legal claims or comply with a court order.
  • Aggregated or fully anonymised data that can no longer be linked to you.

Where data must be retained, we restrict access and delete it as soon as the retention obligation expires.
